According to di investigation, di late Flying Officer Tolulope Arotile, Squadron Pilot for di 405 Helicopter Combat Training Group (405 HCTG) Enugu, bin dey attached to di Air Component of Operation GAMA AIKI in Minna.

As she finish from dia dey waka go home from mammy market around 4:30 pm, na im three of her former schoolmates for Air Force Secondary School (now Air Force Comprehensive School) Kaduna; Mr Nehemiah Adejoh, Mr Igbekele Folorunsho and Mr Festus Gbayegun, drive pass her inside dia Kia Sorento SUV, with Registration Number AZ 478 MKA.
