According to NAF, dia preliminary investigation reveal say, Arotile die as a result of “blunt force trauma and too much bleeding afta her secondary school mates jam her”.

According to di investigation, di late Flying Officer Tolulope Arotile, Squadron Pilot for di 405 Helicopter Combat Training Group (405 HCTG) Enugu, bin dey attached to di Air Component of Operation GAMA AIKI in Minna.

At t about 10.58am, she come call Squadron Leader Diepiriye Batubo, di Group Operations Officer (GOO) of 405 HCTG, wey bin dey Minna to clarify issues concerning her deployment . As she finish from dia dey waka go home from mammy market around 4:30 pm, na im three of her former schoolmates for Air Force Secondary School (now Air Force Comprehensive School) Kaduna; Mr Nehemiah Adejoh, Mr Igbekele Folorunsho and Mr Festus Gbayegun, drive pass her inside dia Kia Sorento SUV, with Registration Number AZ 478 MKA.
